Unlimited time off, they have a good work life balance
PTO is given on a discretionary basis. This works out nice when you have an awesome and understanding boss like I do but I've heard others say their manager is not as generous with PTO.
I have been able to take a lot of paid time off excluding all of the holiday and company shutdown days.
There is unlimited vacation and a company shutdown twice a year... amazing!
At Adobe, you don't accrue vacation. There is no paid time off. Instead, you can ask your boss to take some vacation days, and if approved, you can take them. But you're still technically on the clock, and most of my vacations ended up being interrupted by work-related issues where I sat in the hotel for several hours while my family went down to the beach, hiking, etc.
Flexible time off and bi-yearly shutdowns.
3 weeks vacation, in addition to 1 week off in July and 1 week off in December
Open vacation policy. Shutdown for 1 week in the summer and 2 weeks during the Holidays.
No time off for contractors
Up to the market standard.
