You have to constantly request for them to provide you with the health insurance documentation, otherwise, they will say nothing.
They cover 30% after 6 months or a year of working there, but the health plans you can choose from are extremely expensive with mediocre coverage. Additionally, in my time working there, there were 7 different HR people that took over the department (as the only person working in the department) and subsequently left (1 of them) or were fired (6 of them). Half the time, there was no HR department at all and Dr. Joy Lewis would do HR stuff in her spare time. This made it pretty much impossible to sign up for health insurance or get any other HR related things done.
