Benefits are actually good but management kills it for me overall.
Good PTO policy with generous accruals
PTO is good, other benefits are at a high cost compared to salary earned.
They have fairly generous vacation/PTO policies, but the health insurance has recently changed to a High Deductible Health Plan which requires a large amount out of pocket before it pays anything.
I like the 401K plan.
Benefits? They should call it more like a burden. The health insurance is so darn expensive. They make it expensive on purpose so that you don't use it as much and save the company money. The 401k is limited to employer contribution of only $1500/yearly.
Coverage is decent, but not competitive.
PTO and separate holiday pay
For the padt two years the benefits plan have downgraded tremendously. They offered a better plan before the merge.
The medical insurance is expensive for an HSA, but denial & vision isn't bad. The company also offers pet insurance. PTO is good after 5 years. They don't match very much for the 401K.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
