I enjoy the ability to work from home when it is necessary. Their contributions to insurance and 401k is about average, if not industry consistent. Vacation and Time-off vary by your direct report Manager but from my point of view, it is very good.

Tuition reimbursement was great! 401k with match.

Time off was accrued at a rate per pay period, which meant when you started the job you had no time off.

Sub-par for a company of this size.

The worst thing about the benefits are they bragged about making a billion dollars and they won't help pay half of the employees health insurance.

Had my own health insurance. The company did offer a HSA medical insurance and comparable medical plan. Had Vision with Superior vision, dental through Aetna, pet insurance, STD and LTD, life insurance. Also have tuition reimbursement but was told it could only be received if going to school for something directly related to job only.
