    You start earning time off after 6 months of being there but you can only take time off in the middle of the month and you can't take more then 3 days in a row which is insane.

    Advance America offers a generous amount of PTO that is extended with service, as well as ample holidays (bank holidays included).

    They don't offer any benefits and you have to earn vacation. You don't get time off until you earn it.

    Every paycheck, which is every two weeks, you accumulate vacation time. You simply request the time you want and wait for it to be approved.
