Paid time off is earned appropriately but not always paid out or allotted when needed.
The premium and what you got for it. Higher premium and high deductibles. Especially for someone who rarely goes to the doctor.
the benefits package would have been nice had the HR lady even turned in half of my paperwork on time. Entire HR department needs a revamp. job training was a joke, here's a computer, figure it out, click the tabs, also here's 50 Excel spreadsheet that 90 people use and edit, also we only really need and look at 4 of them but we don't eve know which 4 we are supposed to use.
Health insurance is available but completely unaffordable, and doesn't seem to cover much of anything. Bonus is almost impossible to achieve. unless all other tasks and responsibilities are ignored. Vacation is available, but there are huge restrictions on when it can be used and how much at once. Employee discount 20% but anyone can go online and get a 25 - 30% discount on purchases.
401k match is good, but the insurance is awful. Best you can get is 70/30
