They match 6% if you contribute 12% in 401K plan. Copays on health insurance are reasonable. Employee discount was reduced recently.
Health insurance is available but completely unaffordable, and doesn't seem to cover much of anything. Bonus is almost impossible to achieve. unless all other tasks and responsibilities are ignored. Vacation is available, but there are huge restrictions on when it can be used and how much at once. Employee discount 20% but anyone can go online and get a 25 - 30% discount on purchases.
401k match is good, but the insurance is awful. Best you can get is 70/30

Lots of benefits package, at high cost. comparing it to some friends there benefits packages are cheaper with better coverage and they are in smaller companies.
Pray for full time because not you wont receive benefits. You won't receive 401k, or anything else for that matter. You end up part time to save them money.
