Good health insurance plan, but only in-network facilities. 4% for 5% match in 401(k). Flexible hours (late / early start to day) & WFH policy depending on needs of the business.
The "benefits " are no longer beneficial to the employee. They are detrimental. Advance has implemented a Co pay accumulator which does not allow for any coupon or co pay assistance to count towards your out of pocket. If your out of pocket is 4500.00 to help with premiums, you now have to pay that 4500.00 before any drug benefit kicks in. Which costs an employee about 7500.00 a year in salary in order to bring home the 4500.00 needed to pay for prescription medicine. This only benefits the company that grossed 9.78 billion dollars in 2019.
