The PTO is divided by vacation and sick time. While the vacation time is two weeks for full timers, it MUST be used before the end of the year otherwise it's lost. However the sick time continues to accrue but is nearly impossible to use due to the lack of any one else to cover for you due to corporate's lean labor hours for adequate scheduling. You have to work for more than 10 years to get better PTO earnings.
The best thing was time away from this loser company
its a earned vacation system and is ok for that but they have a well did not use them you lost them clause to it
Barely any holidays off.... Expect to work the day after thanksgiving unless you use vacation time for it. Besides that it's a standard 2 weeks vacation when you first start.
Have to use vacation or sick time for personal days ( go to doctor)( religious holidays) etc
Average at best, gets better with tenure.
decent vacation plan, no trouble scheduling
Also you can accrue sick time if you're full time
They have a paid vacation but they make you work on your days off almost every week and after your shift ends for DM meetings and such. Also there is a mandatory Sunday meeting every month.
Standard two weeks per year
