As long as you put in enough notice for paid time off, it's usually no big deal.
Fair if you actually get off without your manager / leadership making you write them an essay & being way too noisy.
As a salary employee you start with one week your first year. Two years in you get three weeks and five years in you get three weeks. Not bad.
2 weeks available from day 1 for GMs. 4 weeks total after 1 year. 3 paid personal days a year and paid sick leave.
Worst part is that vacation is accrued through out the year rather than dispersed at one time.
Standard nothing special. The benifits isnt ant thing special. They could do better to the Team Members that built the company
Management receives 3 weeks after 5 years.
