StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Pleasanton, California
The company offers a few different insurance plans and they contribute to help pay for your insurance. They're probationary period is only 30 days which means you get insurance in 30 days instead of 90. I know they offer a 401k, you have to work for them for at least one year to qualify. I am unsure of their contributions for the 401k.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Pleasanton, California
The benefits package was very basic. Insurance costs a lot of money. PTO was nice, but light due to no sick days. Pay needed to be higher. Having snacks in the office was nice.
