Perks are great. All the standards that you’d expect from a top employer, plus gym reimbursement and parking. Overall great place to work.
It’s expensive, but great coverage.
2 paid volunteer days, 9 paid holidays, 401k company match and charitable gift giving match. NO flexible schedule or work from home policy.
Advantage Capital offers a wide variety of options in terms of benefits. However, all of the health insurance options are on the expensive side. Some added perks, though, include gym membership reimbursement, cell phone bill reimbursement, and 100% employer-paid life insurance which is great. Parental leave policies are outdated, only allowing a couple weeks for fathers/non-primary caregivers. Great number of vacation days, even for new employees.
