I am sure I can get off for FML
They are strictly by the book on this benefit. HR dept is highly knowledgeable.
Easy to get but most of the time your job is different or not there when you return. Most people quit because of the salary decrease or job responsibilities are not what they signed up for. Also, while you are gone, your duties are farmed out to everyone else so when you do get back you are not necessarily welcome
No Family Medical Leave is available.

Discouraged.No point in using the time if you'd like to retain a job.

They work with you for a little while but if it goes for over a period of two weeks they force you to take a leave of absence and they will fill your position
