The premiums are taken out of your paychecks every paycheck instead of once a month, and some of the benefits aren't covered like they say they would be.

If you're senior management, they do their best to take care of you and get back to you in a timely manner.Anyone below that including "pseudo management" (employees that work full-time and do work that includes management) usually get the shaft and has to either work really hard to use their benefits,or forego them altogether.
