They help if you have questions most is done online but they have in store training as well. They are extremely helpful. They have paid training as well.
The training comes very easily. They understand if u miss things here and there just as long as you understand what was missed and how it gets fixed so it do3snt happen again
The people are very helpful , patient , considerate and truthful with the job training at my station. They make me feel normal and they are right by my side in responsibility to the job effort.
Training goes over everything basic that you need to know, Management helped a lot
They pay you for training, and the training are adequate and useful
The video style was a tad demeaning, but it got the point across well enough. They train their employees well and make sure they know the sanitation rules.
Depending on who is scheduled to train you depends on the training you receive
Works along side you for one day
it was ok they tell you what to do and what to say and buy a banana before and after and save all receipts and blablabla
They offer onine job training...and 1 in person training 3 months after you start...most of what I learned I learned through research of my own on the companies website but most things it just took getting experienced in over time through on the job experience. Although they could do tremendously better with training. My first day I arrived at the store not knowing what to do, I thought I was meeting someone from the company to show me what to do but no one was there so "I winged it". Luckily I'm good at winging it and sales already because I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing, I asked the stores manager, luckily he was nice, but he had no idea either. I didn't even meet anyone in the company in person until 3 months after I started working, 4 months after I got hired.
