I was hired as a part-time employeer so I didn't get The benefits I should have. If your full-time worker your good but don't get hired as a part-time worker cuz that's how you lose.

The benefits package with Advantage is among the worst for a large company that I've ever seen, unless you're one of the bullies at the very top of the organization. Medical plans are outrageously overpriced for what you get, 401K matching is below industry standards, and company 401K matching only happens if you're still with the company through 12/31 of that year - if you leave even a day before, you don't get matched, even if you contributed the other 364 days of the year. It's despicable!

StarStarStarStarStar Current RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST in Austin, Texas

There is health insurance and a 401K plan. Sick leave is 5 days a year and not accruable.

Working from home office as base to travel from instead of an office.

  • Feb 20, 2020
StarStarStarStarStar Current Event Specialist in Katy, Texas

If you are sick and can't work they understand . But you have to have a doctor's approval before going back to work. But you still lose out on hours and pay.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Seattle, Washington State

Medical not all paid by employer

  • Jan 23, 2020
StarStarStarStarStar Current Demo Event Specialist in Pensacola, Florida

You can only get part time hours as an Event Specialist so the benefits package is not anything to speak of.
