  • Job Training(62 comments)

it is on the job training and truly their only shining mark. Unfortunately, they do not care about retention so they are essentially a training company for their competitors

  • Sick Days(60 comments)

normal 5 days, but will ask why you need them, ask how the appointment was afterwards, and will discourage mental health days

  • Health Insurance(54 comments)

Variety of healthcare options, not as robust as competitive companies in CA

Publicis Health

I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Decent benefits. Health insurance prices are high if you need to insure your whole family.

The PTO is ridiculous. Upon hire for full-time employee's you receive 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick time, 3 personal days and 8+ paid holidays per year. I have worked alot of places over the years and have never had immediate time off or so many paid holidays. It's the best part of the job and most people fail to realize the benefits package is the most important part to consider when accepting a position. The medical insurance could use some improvement, but the dental package does cover implants which is awesome.

Health care is so expensive, only worth it too have it They stopped having PTO written into benefits. Instead, you have to ask your manager for time off. Hypothetically, it could be unlimited PTO or non, depending on your supervisor. If I had left a year earlier, they would have owed me 3 days paid out. With how it currently works, even though I didn't take any time off so far in 2022 and would have had 3 days accrued normally, they didn't pay me anything because it was no longer a benefit I was guaranteed to. Sick leave was normal, 5 days max and it is highly DISCOURAGED to use them for mental health days or consecutively. they do match 3% of 401K, but have to stay for 5 years in order to keep all of it.
