    I guess the best thing is they have one. The worse thing is that for a billion dollar company, the benefits are extremely expensive.

    If you are full time OR you are part time working an average of 40+ hours a week benefits kick in. Only some if "classified" part time though, not all. I worked average of 65 hours a week part time, then finally classified full time and received all benefits. Employer matching 401K is nice, take advantage of that!
