Do you think agencies will eventually require employees to come back into the office full time? Now that I’ve experienced the benefits of WFH, I can’t imagine commuting 5 days a week, paying for a dog walker, waking up earlier, buying lunches again, having to get ready every morning, etc. I do miss some aspects of the office, so ideally would do a couple days in and the rest WFH but worried I’ll eventually be forced to go back full time. Any thoughts/predictions?

Vacation is accrued over a period of time.
Large company but perks and benefits are only average. Offer all the basics - insurance, 401(k), etc. - and 'perks' - virtual mental health support, discount programs - but nothing is exceptional or noteworthy other than unlimited PTO. For example, 401(k) program is not a safe harbor program, so while it's marketed as a 3% match, this is not true for a significant number of associates.
Ok benefits. Medical is expensive and paternity leave requests and benefits are hard to understand and navigate.
