“Not enough days off. Holidays aren’t paid. You have to use your paid time off”

“100% Match with good returns over the years, the company is managing really well.”
Excellent healthcare benefits with supplemental plan that covered out of pocket expenses. PDO was pretty standard with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week post pandemic.
Health insurance is too expensive
Healthcare coverage still had a percentage paid when meeting deductible. Paid vacation was average accrual and increased with tenure at company, however, hardly any paid holidays compared to other corporations.
Great benefits overall throughout this company

Package is ok. Paid time off could be higher.
Expensive but decent coverage. Have to use an AdventHealth facility which can be pretty limiting but we've been able to find all the specialties we need.
You get health benefits at day 1 from AdventHealth, which is great. However, their PDO policy needs expanding. You only get one bucket of PDO time, which is not generous. There is no holiday pay or sick pay or personal time off, only PDO.
Corporate campus closed on holidays; if you’re expecting to get paid those days, you have to use your PDO (PTO) to cover. Accrual rate is the lowest out of any company I’ve ever worked for. Health insurance is extremely expensive because the company subsidizes a very small portion. Very disappointing when working in healthcare.
Benefits are not as competitive as other large organizations.
For a large healthcare system the health benefits provided to employees could be improved in terms of coverage and cost. Things are getting better with new additions in the past few years but it is still lacking especially in comparison to other organizations.
