They lie about their benefits. Horrible company to work for. Don’t ever make the mistake of believing anything they tell you!
The regular benefit package is actually very average, except for the supplemental benefits for director and above leaders where it gets quite generous.
To me the best thing about the benefits package is the tuition reimbursement because I would love to further my education.

Adventist Health System compensates at the 50th percentile, which is fair and equitable compared to others in the industry
1 week of true vacation PDO (Paid Days Off) your first year, that's IF you don't take any additional time off. There is no more mandatory "modified holiday's", but still lacks the standards 2 weeks off + holiday's that most other companies offer. Health care benefits are standard, but prices increase every year.
Not enough PDO for employees
It's okay. Heard benefit was good.
The PTO system for corporate employees is very deceptive. Review carefully and make sure you understand it!!!! Your PTO bank will be charged for every holiday and then some.
