Good 403b (401k) plan with some matching benefits. Paid days off are generous and earned on a percentage based on years of service. Longer term employees are rewarded with plenty of time off.

Paid days off is my favorite benefit. After a few years the paid days off add up.

The worse thing from working there for multiple years is to find that management, both senior and department level, do not care about the employees who make this hospital so great they only care about their bonuses and the money they can save the big corporate level CEOs wallets.
