The best part of having health insurance is that no longer have to go the the process of finding insurance through a third party as I can do it through the Advent Health system.
There are two insurance plans a high deductible plan with optional HSA or a traditional insurance plan.
The health insurance is cheaper in comparison to other companies and is accepted in many facilities with no problems.
Preventative services are of course covered. Co-pays are affordable
The best thing about the benefits insurance is that it was fair and appreciated. It helped me to get a lot done with my body physically.
The best thing is they offer health insurance. The better thing is the Paid time off, supplemental life insurance, 401K or savings programs etc. The least good thing is the pharmacy process and not being able to go to a local pharamcy. The cost of insurance is outrageous, add on coinsurance, deductibles and always extra money from visits it costs about $25,000-$30,000 a year just for two healthy people to make it through the year.
It's not very bad, but it's not worth the price or deductible
Great in network variety with comfortable co-pays.
Great insurance package for employees
