The worst is the co pays for seeing doctors for their very own employees of the company.

Has traditional FSA low deductible or HSA high deductible option. Pharmacy is the downside with high deductible plan.

The best is that it is available. The worst is that its expensive. If its only you then its affordable ~$50-100/pay period if its your family: yourself, spouse, 2+ kids its VERY expensive! at least ~ $500/pay period

Their health insurance is affordable and great coverage. you'll use a lot of advent doctors but i loved them so it was ok with me
