The health insurance is affordable. They also match your 401k starting at 3%, they have perks you can sign up for as an employee. The only down fall is your vacation and sick days are combined.
They have great benefits package. Their health insurance is very affordable for a single person, although you will be somewhat limited to the advent health network.
PDO policy is horrible. You have to use your own PDO hours for federal holidays when the office is closed anyways. They won’t let you come in on days the office is closed so they will say they offer “paid holidays” but you’re ultimately paying for them.
It depends on which program you choose. Full coverage is relatively good with a low deductible. The health savings plan is less desirable. The paid days off plan is very nice.
Advent health has good benefits which include 401k, dental and health insurance. Its good to work for a company that offers these to you.
Benefits are great! You start earning PTO on day one. Health packages include dental, vision, and annual physicals. You may also set up a 401K.
Free short and long term disability is a great perk. Paid time off takes a while to accrue. Maternity leave is FMLA and paid short term, covers 4 weeks paid at 60%.
