In additional to the standard benefit package, I loved the added year-end bonuses when employee personal health goals are reached.

PDO accrual is less than most companies for first couple of years, but isn't terrible. Health insurance is affordable for individuals, but family plans become pricier - worth it for a family of 4+.

Health insurance premiums for individuals is decent. PDO accrual is based on how many years one has been with the company. You receive less than most companies the first couple years, but isn't terrible.

No paid holidays, and you have to use your own PDO to cover all the holidays you are required to take off. This means you have 8-12 days of the year you will be forced to take PDO, which is all of your PDO when starting at the company.
