Health insurance is abysmal. Coverage for employees is super expensive and horrid. On-site daycare almost makes up for it - if you have a spouse that can get better insurance.
Best thing is the tuition reimbursement. Worst thing is the unbelievably horrible health insurance.

They offer lots of paid time off, I currently get around 5-6 weeks a year. Also they match retirement 50% up to 2% of pay, plus another 2.6% whether you contribute or not. So if you put in 4%, you end up with 8.6%.
