Adventist Health System compensates at the 50th percentile, which is fair and equitable compared to others in the industry
1 week of true vacation PDO (Paid Days Off) your first year, that's IF you don't take any additional time off. There is no more mandatory "modified holiday's", but still lacks the standards 2 weeks off + holiday's that most other companies offer. Health care benefits are standard, but prices increase every year.

The PTO system for corporate employees is very deceptive. Review carefully and make sure you understand it!!!! Your PTO bank will be charged for every holiday and then some.
The benefit plan can be confusing as most can be. You have to closely watch the tiers of the doctor, the physical building, the equipment and etc.. If you don't, your out of pocket can really be impacted.
Health insurance is okay. Overall the benefits are good.
PDO accrual is very hard your first 5 Years. The insurance is good but very costly.
