The company has a 403b which seems good. As for the benefits, they start immediately after your orientation class if you are a manager level and above. They have education reimbursement available especially for nursing.
The benefits are pretty standard. For a Healthcare Organization the health insurance was expensive with high deductibles and copays. The work location is in a good location and the security is good.
Cannot cover spouse under health insurance plan.
You would think working for a Huge Healthcare company like Adventist Health, which is Florida Hospital Corporate HQ, the medical insurance would be great. But not so much! Co-pays are a lot and the RX plan is horrible, you can't just go to your local store to get your maintenance medication. You have to ensure the RX gets to the Mail Order place and then you have to wait a week or so to get your medication in the mail.
Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage, although a tad spendy for entire family coverage. You are required to join and fully participate in Wellness plan to ensure lowest rates.. Awesome 401K and employer matching retirement plan.
4 weeks off your first year. However, PDO time is all inclusive so it equates to about 1 week personal time.
about average neither great or awful
Health insurance is a bit expensive but the plan structure is great. Excellent dental plan. PDO policy does not include needs work.
