Strong benefits package offered to employees and spouses.
Comprehensive healthcare; very expensive.
Healthcare is not easily navigable; interface between provider and basic Adventist plan is not intuitive. Habilitative services are not covered, e.g. physical therapy for a disabled child
Health insurance is good.
Co-pays are expensive especially if you see a specialist and require multiple visits.
27 days of PTO per year to be used however we choose. included Sick, holiday, and Vacation days. Great health insurance. Don't automatically have holidays off. If we want time off on a national holiday must use PTO.
It was very hard to get it approved by a supervisor and take the benefits that has been given.
Few benefits were offered for PRNs, as needed workers. However if you work at the facility for 1 year and have been working full time hours, medical benefits were offered. the 403b was also offered. If you are considered as a full time position, the benefits are great!
