Great health insurance coverage for myself and kids. PTO accrual based on years of service, even new employees have good accrual rate. The worst part about the benefits package is dealing with the newly revised human resources department. It is difficult to reach the correct person/department by phone or get the answers you need. The old local department was great and helpful.
Full medical/dental/vision. Hmo/ppo options. 4% matching 401k/403b plans.
Low insurance premiums, and high coverage with low deductible and low co-pays. They offer insurance to part time and temp employees.
excellent health insurance and dental insurance. Very good PTO accrual as well.
Competitive benefits package, generous time-off policy.
The health insurance is phenomenal @ Adventist Health. I have very little out of pocket expense with the exception of the premiums I pay monthly.
Best part is the matching of 401 K. Adventist also has monthly/quarterly financial counselors from the company that runs the 401K monies give lectures and one-on-one financial counseling and advice to members/
Health insurance has been great. We don't use it much but when we do, all we owe is the co pay. The 401K is standard. Accrual of time off is good. almost 14 hrs a month. Separate sick leave that you cannot touch until you have been out sick a certain number of days and/or you use up all your regular time off. I don't like that.
Adventist employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and life at very low prices and offer very good coverage. A very generous amount of paid vacation is also provided.
Our health insurance plans and retirement plans are excellent. Dental and vision leaves a bit to be desired but it's not bad.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
