4 weeks w/ additional day for every year there.
New hires start with 4 weeks of PTO (prorated based on start date). Beginning in the second full year of employment, employees begin earning an additional day of PTO each year.
Very few companies will match starting w/ 4 weeks off, it's really nice if you need that time or you like to travel.
The PTO isn't worth the cut in wage
4 weeks of PTO is incredible. The also have flex hours within the 40 hour week.
The only "benefit" but when you leave, they don't pay your full accrued time off. They should be sued.
160 hours to start and adds on each year
Starts with 160 hours plus paid holidays.
Straight up, its a really high amount. It's easily the best thing about working here. It's very easy to apply for and get PTO, and they give a generous amount.
4 weeks starting, hard to beat
