401k match is a bit low but that's reflective on the company's performance recently.

The matching is weak compared to other high-end employers.

Match isn't great, depends on company's performance every year

Match is OK and varies, based on company sales performance - some years it's high and some years it's low

It was average- similar to other companies

The matching is more than I've experienced at a company in the past 15 years. It varies on how much it pays out but for 2016 it was .40 on the dollar. Can't remember the cap on that though. I ended up with about $6K paid out this year.

We do matching on what you put in up to a certain %

Not a guaranteed match, only given once per year, and not immediately vested in employer matching contributions. Of the 4 companies I've worked for, this is the weakest 401k plan I've had. The match only happening once per year is poor for investment timing - research dollar cost averaging and you'll understand why many stock purchases throughout the year can be helpful for reducing risk.
