The days of PTO are more than I've seen at other companies starting at 15 and growing with level of seniority.

23 days off of work in an entry level job is unheard of and work life balance is really good

Decent healthcare and vacation. Unfortunately they took away Healthy Life with the acquisition.

Health insurance benefits were good - solid PPO options with low deductible, decent HSA plan with higher deductible. Note: These benefit levels do not apply now that the company has been acquired by Optum - new benefits are MUCH more expensive and limited.

The best thing used to be the 4 day weekends they had around 2015 for Labor Day and 4th of July, but they got rid of those! The pay is terrible, but the benefits are decent for a young adult. No sick days at all, you just have to use the PTO if you're sick. Some managers will let you work from home at some times, but it's rare.

Good health insurance and PTO/time off. Flexible work - with work from home options. Provides time off for healthy life and community service opportunities.
