Really good healthcare benefits with lots of plans and very low costs due to the young insured population. Senior managers had "unlimited" paid time off, which often translated to very little time off taken since nobody had a quota they needed to spend. Overall great benefits.

Benefits coverage is strong at the Advisory Board Company and I appreciate the flexible work hours that allow employees to work from home when needed.

They match your 401K and health insurance is pretty good, you get employee discounts, gym in the office building, get 21 days paid time off. Overall benefits are quite good.
