5 weeks PTO, generous “Healthy Life” hours, lots of company events and free food. Consistently poor 401k match.

Really great benefits. Dental is not the best, however.

Benefits coverage is strong at the Advisory Board Company and I appreciate the flexible work hours that allow employees to work from home when needed.

They match your 401K and health insurance is pretty good, you get employee discounts, gym in the office building, get 21 days paid time off. Overall benefits are quite good.
