you need to pay extra (300+/month) for a upgrade insurance plan
Perfectly adequate and satisfactory. Premium seems expensive until you have to have surgery and the out of pocket for that is reasonable.

Good health insurance but not the least expensive plans.
I am not sure, I guess it is fair health insurance. My previous employee paid 100% but, I am almost certain that is a rarity with most companies. Aegis Living's health insurance is in line with fair market.
It's too expensive for a lot of the care managers that work here for about $13 per hour and they have children at home.
Not only do we have basic health that is substantial but we also have the option to upgrade our plan.
It's accepted everywhere, very easy to use.
