Health insurance, 401K, Deferred compensation, vacation, training (LOTS of training!)
No matching funds available for 401k.
Cheap insurance for them. Expensive for employee
Decent pay, good intangible benefits, could use a 401k matching program and donation matching to meet the giving back culture. Not the best health insurance plans but better than some.
There is little to nothing in it for part time, and what they did offer ( Sick time a.k.a. paid time off) they wont pay you out.
As far as benefits, Aegis matched my previous employer with the exception of 401k matching and 100% health benefits however, now that I am apart of the company here, I really don't mind taking less because I gained so much more.
The vision and dental aren't all that great but its still recommended
Gift cards for when you fill a needed shift Dental Plan recently was restructured Only 4-5 paid holidays, they don't follow the federal calendar
The health coverage is good. Employee discounts. Paid vacation and sick leave. Workers' comp. 401 k. Maternity leave. Vision, Dental Potatoe soup fund
I could not accept it as it winds up being approximately $400 per month.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
