They just implemented a new benefits package, that you get to choose. It is way better than before and it seems to have perks
The health insurance is terrible.
If you last one year they do offer great benefits but the problem is you wont. The Employee that i replaced was fired before her 3rd month.
Building new skills and learning about the recovery process. Sitting in a desk for eight hours a day with limited or no breaks. Having patients unreasonably assigned to my caseload.
expensive, cannot afford to add spouse, poor dental coverage. On has to be employed for month to even qualify for any benefits. Not enough vacation or holiday or sick time
Their benefits consumed an eighth at my check and there was a $40 co-pay. Considering the compensation, you're pretty much working just to have gas money and money for food. You may get behind on your bills here. You have to depend on the bonus in order to net more money rather than them just paying you decently in the first place.
Better off paying for your own insurance lol....
I worked part time, so I wasn't offered any benefits.
The cost is too high for what you get.
1 week PTO, 1 week sick leave, and few paid holiday's after first year of employment.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
