Best thing is that there was 24/7 help
Time off is ok but there's no difference btwn sick and vaction PTO
401k, Long-term short term disability, additional disability and accident insurance available, dental, medical
Benefits available through company. It is a large company and offers good benefits.
There was no benefit package for the area that I was working for.
I only worked weekends variable hours from 5 hours to 10 hrs however was allowd to join their awesome Fidelity 401k after a few months(can't remember timeframe) and just wrote 5% 10 years ago, because of the great Morningstar 5 star choices for many mutual funds, my retirement has grown enormously, last 2 years inc to 7%. Also, can be eligible for discount group rate home, car insurance, cell phone discount. But no paid time off as a per idem, they call us "casual employees."
There are not really any benefits offered for contracted workers. There is a small gym with lockers at the Killeen location, hence the gym "membership". Contracted workers do qualify for some discounts in the area. Once hired in, there are more benefits.
It was adequate but could have been better.
Health insurance was not good at all.
They really don't have a good benefit package but the interview was very brief and easy for anybody needing a job. Pay not good enough for my distance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
