The best thing about the benefits package is their patient care adovcate company, The Purple Card. They have helped resolve several bill errors on my behalf at all my doctors' office (3 in total).
good benefits as far as health insurance, I have only had to pay a $40 copay. premiums are cheaper then most places. PTO package is decent
Health insurance options we're okay, I chose the cheap insurance, high deductible but very low out of paycheck premiums. Very little vacation time until you've been there a bit, but they we're flexible about how it was used. They required everyone to use a clock in system and would deduct vacation time for a short week, but provide no overtime compensation for a long week (for salaried people).
No 401K match, no sick days, hours are somewhat flexible, free coffee.

Best thing is number of vacation days. 20 days after 5 years of service. This is much higher than some direct competitors offer. Worst thing is overall salary. About 20% less than direct competitors.
