PPO is expensive and High Deductible plan company contributions cut off at a salary over 100k.
Freaking HIGH deductible PPO, large out of pocket expense up front, then company pays 80%, you pay 20%
Provide few but decent options
No Negative - Most employers use BCBS of AL, but provider held great coverages in plans.
Health Savings account is great
