Expensive to visit a good doctor
The health insurance offered is very expensive and does not cover much. I had to opt for a government subsidized insurance instead.
High deductible plan and Aerotek does not pay a portion of the premium. I went without insurance rather than use their plan since it was so expensive but didn't cover much.
They offered fair benefits.
it is competitive (maybe even the best) in staffing/recruiting industry. It is just okay compared to other industries
It is bare minimum coverage.
Very expensive and does not cover basic things
All medication is free, zero dollars
For contractors: Incredibly useless plans. Bare bones "catastrophic" plan does NOT even cover hospitalizations. HDHP is useless with a deductible of nearly $7k and no separate copays for emergency care. No coverage under EITHER plan for behavioral/mental health--even a specialist like psychiatry MD is not covered. Better luck in Healthcare.gov and about same prices with more coverage and lower deductibles, even for "Gold" plans: but you CANNOT take the tax credit because their offerings qualify as "affordable" and comprehensive under ACA (again despite hospitalization or behavioral health coverage!). Grateful for a job...never had one with such horrible benefits.
