High premium high deductible with low coverage
Typical MEC benefits. Nothing that Obamacare would not have offered. The deduction from payroll is lousy, but when isn't it?
I don't know how it compares to the medical insurance at other companies, but it was easy to contact them for questions and worked fine for me.
I had to ask three times how to even sign up to get heath insurance from them or how to start investing in the 401K.
Premiums were low and prescriptions were cheap
The insurance provider wasn't a quality provider.
Multiple tiers of coverage available, but even the lowest tier, which is next to worthless, is very expensive.
The insurance cost to much for to little
High deductible, high out of pocket max. Routine visits are covered. You'll pay 20% after deductible is met for in market.
High decutable, with high weekly payments. 401k is not the best. Decent vacation and PTO, but made to feel guilty when taking time off, so end up not using it and lose it at the end of the year.
