Definitely better than lot of big companies. Most of the managers are very flexible to work with you based on your requirements

Easy to earn vacation and PTO, accumulates quickly, and very good flexibility in use. Paid Time Off is usually approved quickly. Also seven paid holidays per year.
They offer 20 days time off to start which increase to 25 days after 5 years, then to 30 after 10 years.
There is no way to take time off (atleast in some of the roles) and if you do the inefficient managers count it against your performance.
Pretty good as long as you don't get sick :) It's one pool for sick and vacation, which doesn't carry over year to year (use it or lose it). Unless it's changed since I left it FT employees start accruing 1.5 days per month (18 days/year) and goes up with tenure (5+ years are 2 days per month, 24 days/year).
