Get more than a paycheck.
Afni Total Rewards is a set of employee benefits that power your career pursuits, provide a great balance between work and life, help you plan for the future, and provide medical coverage for you and your family.
At the time the family health insurance rates seemed high because we only had 1 child. Best for a family with 2 or more kids or no dependants at all. I'm sure the rates are different after the health act. They also offer Pet insurance, and discounts with any companies they have call center contracts with like car insurance companies, cellphone companies, cable and satellite etc., Fun Events and team challenges help breakup the stress. Eye Med was amazing, and Met dental was great. I had and used both, but UnitedHealthcare Medical after I qualified for medicaid.
health insurance deductible is a bit high for a person who does not regularly visits the hospital. 2500 before insurance covers you. but thats the worst thing I think .
Good vacation days but VERY hard to get them approved.
Great health benefits, PTO counts against you
Paid time off was accumulated which I really didn’t like. You would only get like 2-3 hours per pay period which is only 6 4-6 hours per month not even that. All the other benefits as is medical, dental, vision were really cheap and good
They offer 401k, paid time off, health, dental and life insurance
Afni has a real strong benefits package. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more. seems like not everyone knows about all the offerings but it is covered. Be sure to follow up because if you do there is plenty.
Great benefits. Getting signed up can take a while but as long as you stay on top of it it is great.
The worst thing about the benefits is that they packages only go up to a certain tier, meaning you would still need copay.
Its a little high for the pay you get.
