Benefit package is competitive, variable pay program is very attractive
Benefits are pretty good. Since removal of the pension plans, the company has offered a 100% 401k match up to 6%. Health care is a high deductible plan for whichever option you choose, but you do have the option for contributing to a HSA. Also have the option for a stock purchase plan of up to 10%. Overall, seems to be slight above industry average.
Plenty of time off ( 4 weeks)! Holidays, flexible schedules, job perks ( computer, phone, car in some cases).
If you have been with the company for less than 5 years you get 4 weeks FTO. Dental and Medical insurance available through Fidelity. 2 Bonuses a year.
The Vacation package and 401K are great. You start with 20 days Flexible Time Off (FTO) this is for your use as sick or vacation days. We also get several holidays off, most notably MLK day & President's Day. The health benefits are getting better. they added an HMO this year which was nice. before that there were two high deductible plans that were really bad.
Most of the benefits are great. The health insurance is HORRIBLE - there are only two plans and both are terrible high deductible plans. That's really the only benefit that really stinks at Agilent. The rest are really competitive.
Agilent matches 401k contributions, supports HSA contributions, offers a stock purchase program at a modest discount, is generous with flexible time off, allows flexible work hours, and in some circumstances allows work from home.
Good paid time off. Health benefits are slightly below what is offered at other companies.
Great place to work. Financially astute company. Excellent benefits
About a month of vacation a year +401k match
