Overall the benefits package is competitive, however the bonus structure is below industry standards, time off for volunteering and giving back is a plus, no 'gold standard' health plan likely influenced by ACA requirements (HMO, high deductible), employee stock purchase plan, immediate 401K vesting (6%), decent PTO.
