Great 401k matching up to 3%
Basic Health, Dental, Vision, and another service that is able to be signed up for to have a doctor on call - nothing special.

Happy Hour on the last Friday of the month. Use to be every Friday but since the cheap Director who is extremely egocentric arrived we only do it on the last one.401k match is comparable to others, 18 PTO days which is below average. Employee discount does not work because you can never find a product since the site is terrible. They use inventory from their sister company cause they cannot get their own, and because of that you cannot get a discount.

No sick day - it's part of paid time off. The management won't allow you to work from home even when you are sick and you have a laptop. The rest of the benefits are moderate - you can find it in any other companies.
