good benefits very helpful and supportive
They offer health, dental, vision, 401k. Downside is they are all really expensive and really awful. 401k after a full year of employment? Who does that! Also, good luck getting time off. They say it's a week but who really knows. All I know is if you take time off, you will see a dent in our pay. PTO? Never heard of it at Ahern.
was still waiting for the full benefits package after 2 years. HR is very unhelpful. Medical and dental are way below average. Family insurance cost are almost a full paycheck.
The cost, as described by an owner, "we made it expensive so people wouldn't use it"..
The benefits are there, but not very affordable if you want to add your spouse or child. Also high deductible.
For a company this size, the medical insurance is horrible. Not even management uses it.
The employee cost is atrocious. Some employees are coughing up half their paychecks to cover their families.
Super expensive and doesnt cover much
The medical is way too expensive. Dental is okay.
Some benefits depend on who you know. Vacation for hourly employees is paid as an award on an annual basis, not when taken. Most people can't afford to take a vacation without a paycheck. Health insurance is for major things only, deductible is too high.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
