Air Canada is full with a lot of great people.
The best about working with this company is definitely the benefits, very cheap health insurance, profit sharing once a year and the great free flights you can get. The worst unfortunately is the salary, they pay very low comparing other companies, you don really make good money working with this company (as a customer service) but once again the benefits kind off compensate the low pay.
Competitive salary and vacation policy, as well as a flexible group insurance plan that can be adjusted to fit the needs of each employee.
They provide a good benefits.
