Their health insurance benefits kind of followed the general trends , higher premiums , higher copays over the years. It used be great years ago.
There are healthy living incentives
lots of options - main one is blue cross

Good Value, but haven't needed to for serious issues (knock on wood)
5+ years ago it was great, but I would imagine with the national health care program all companies are struggling to offer a better health package.

While health care costs continue to rise, the options with various costs continue to be excellant
Health insurance is 77.5% covered by the company (which I think is good in today's world) and is fairly customizable (3 to 5 options at different costs). In over two decades of employment, we never had trouble as a family in getting medicals bills paid ---- very low hassle in our experience. The company seems to partner with high-quality providers.
