Copays are higher than other companies, so any raise you get which is no more than 2.5% yearly ever lost with copay increases every year
Their health insurance benefits kind of followed the general trends , higher premiums , higher copays over the years. It used be great years ago.

lots of options - main one is blue cross

Good Value, but haven't needed to for serious issues (knock on wood)
5+ years ago it was great, but I would imagine with the national health care program all companies are struggling to offer a better health package.
