We have an absolutely top notch benefits program but I suppose it's something you should expect out of a fortune 500 company. 401k match is great
Health insurance is getting expense.
Excellent 401k plan and overall benefits package, vacation has gotten better but can still be improved. Very good for the location.
Company is reducing the options, quality and increasing the overall cost of all benefits offered significantly over the past 3 years
Best: they used to have retirement pension Worst: they got rid of retirement pension
Air Products offers a very generous benefits package in addition to a good salary. There is a weekly contribution by the company to the retirement plan and also a company match. The health insurance is affordable. There insurance plan covers mental health providers-something many companies do not.
The 401k program was pretty nice and I made very good use of the full installation per year.
The benefits are standard very middle-of-the-road.. Nothing stands out about them.
Great benefits compared to what is available these days. Great medical, retirement plan, vision , dental, vacation time, holiday pay
401k match wasn't that spectacular but there is a nice Employee Stock Purchase Program. Benefits were okay but this was before full implementation of Obamacare so no telling now.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
