“Employees accrue only 6 hours per month for every year of service”
“No paid family medical leave”
“No disability insurance benefits are offered”
1 week vacation after 2 years of working, I’ve no issue with the 401k , you only get loa when you’re friendly with the manager smh, I don’t take their health insurance, only 5 sick days for the year and majority of the time they don’t accept your doctors note so that will go against your attendance, you will get written up if you call out 2 times for the month, they don’t care if you’re sick or have a family emergency.
There were none, no benefits worth mentioning
U can't retire from the company sad cuz they work with America airlines..wow..😱
no health insurance no benefits at all was the worse, the place was very unorganized some days... Hr was never any help
always recieved wrong pay every two weeks
Great place to work and learn.
AirServ offers health benefits co shared with employees.
No perks, benefit package is sub par, often recommended that employee apply for benefits under the affordable health care act. Vacation hours are a mess, not properly explained to employees. Time off can be a difficult task to complete.
Plenty of options in discounts, they have yet to give me any health insurance packages but benefits wise they have something in every category
401k, paid time off, medical insurance
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
