“Great medical insurance at low cost. Some the best I have seen in any industry. Wide network availability. A big plus.”

Air Wisconsin offers benefits but they are a slap in the face. No flex time, you are expected to work a minimum of 50 hours a week if you are salaried. You don't get 3 weeks of vacation like many companies, instead you have to pay for extra vacation if you want it out of our pitiful salary. Insurance is horrible, limited and expensive. The benefits stink. The ONLY good benefits is the free travel on United. BUT and that is a big BUT, you are lucky if you get a seat most times because the planes are so small and United oversells many of their flights. AND you do not have enough vacation to use the benefits unless you are an executive who has free-loaded for 30 or more years before they decided to stick it to the rest of us.

Very good health, vision, dental, and 401K. Company matches up to 6%. Flight benefits are horrible and not worth it - just buy your own ticket.
