Travel credit is amazing. $500 per quarter. Yoga is available in SF 5 days a week which is incredible. Also, an acupuncturist and chiropractor comes into the office once a week available for employees who want to pay for their services.
Ops Manager great company to work for
Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401k with a good match. Plenty of PTO. VTO as well, which is nice when you want to give back to the community. Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner which is very healthy and tastes delicious, the food team here is world class.
Full coverage and multiple options
I like the coverage I receive through Anthem BCBS.
401K, transit benefits, pay for mobile phone, late night ride home program, employee travel credit, maternity and paternity leave
Benefits packages were comparable, but salaries are lagging. Perk are comparable to high flying startups, including the vaunted food program (subject of much controversy last year), but newer additions like "refresh" program (something like a sabbatical) are getting good reviews
The benefits package was pretty thoughtful and comprehensive. We had great options to choose from and I recall Airbnb covering all costs.
