$2000 annual employee travel credit is amazing
The benefits package was pretty thoughtful and comprehensive. We had great options to choose from and I recall Airbnb covering all costs.
Great PTO offerings. Credit to use towards personal travel. Many happy hours and work gatherings.
Best thing is the quarterly travel credit. Cannot think of a very bad thing. It is good overall.
Overall great healthcare 100% covered by Airbnb
They cover so many details in employee life, ranging from FSA to IRA to reimbursing a part of your phone plan and transit needs to donating to nonprofits you care about to inviting friends to join you for meals 3x a day:
401k match upto 4% base. Health and dental benefits are amazing. Employees doesn't pay a penny from picket. For dependents, only 25%.
Stellar. Medical benefits are comprehensive, many great options for both individuals and families or those with beneficiaries. Many other great local perks.
Really enjoy discounts with local merchants. On the other hand, no more participation in corporate discount program.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
