Two weeks paid, pretty standard. Sick and maternity is strangely very small.

    good but not the best

  • May 15, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Team Coordinator in Portland, Oregon

4-year tenured employees begin accruing PTO at a higher rate. Watching the rest of the company enjoy holidays and a 2-week December break is a little frustrating from the CX standpoint, but it's what it is.

2 weeks off, but you have the ability to go into the "red" for an extra week.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in San Francisco, California

Overall okay but with the 2 weeks off at the end of the year in addition to the vacation and paid time off, great

Other friends in tech do not have 1.5 months off/year. Company encourages time off with the travel coupon and insane number of PTO.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Photo Reviewer in San Francisco, California

As a contractor, I was only allowed 1 hour of sick/vacation per week and you do not get paid out for time not used.

  • Mar 16, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Experience Specialist in Portland, Oregon

Two weeks paid vacation, and additional paid holidays for Christmas time.

  • Feb 12, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Trust and Safety Investigator in Portland, Oregon

Pretty lenient if your lead isn't a stick. You start accruing paid vacation time from your date of hire.
