    it would come out of your pay check, i though it was going to be a free option that an employee had. But it was nice working for them, i would go back if it was not because of the salary

    Paid for HDHP where I still paid for all medical costs out of pocket anyway. Paid to avoid AHCA taxes.

    They essentially provide the fulltime employees a option of obtaining health insurance at a cheaper rate, they do not provide it free of cost and an employee can lose their insurance if they are forced into part-time shfits as they no longer meet the conditions to qualify.

    You do have a few plans to choose from. But the level and quality of service is questionable.

    Not bad,you have a couple of options here at BNA. If you are single like me it doesn't cost a arm and a leg. If you need family coverage it is really expensive. The deductibles have almost doubled in a couple years.
