Full benefit package offered by employer. Company puts a lot of effort into providing a competitive benefit package for employees. There is an employee contribution but it's a small amount compared to my previous benefit packages. Aires also offers a lot of great incentives.
Health, Dental and Vision all offered at reasonable costs. PTO and Vacation are easy to request and flexible as well.
Best thing: 401k match up to 4% Worst thing: high deductible health insurance. $1,500 for a single person
The best thing about Aires benefit package is that the short term and long term disability is paid by the employer.
Employer contribution for HSA plans ($700 per year), starts on the first after 1 full month of employment.
Company bonus is great as long as they meet goals.
They offered a PPO benefit package this year in addition to the High Deductible option which has been helpful. It can be expensive for a family.
Horrible Insurance Plan - Kaiser should be an option for the states that the other offices are in. A high deductible is horrible
AIReS offers an HSA and PPO plan and three weeks PTO. They also offer a 401k and strong bonus incentive. Very nice perks!
They have reduced their benefits package every year that I've been employed there. Now it's at an all time low, only offering a High Deductible/Health Savings Account package. I believe there should be an option. I would rather pay a higher premium with little to no deductible and only have a co-pay.
