They use Florida Blue. I have the middle plan and the cost arent bad. I get dental and vision through guardian. Copays for doctor appointments are around 10 bucks and the ER visits are 200. Pharamcy covers most generic drugs.
Next to no benefits at all.
No 401K matching. Only 2 weeks PTO, never increasing for years of service. Average health insurance benefits.
There aren't any. They treat CFIs like slaves.
You're an independent contractor that is treated as if you're an employee. One good notification to the IRS and ATP would be in a world of trouble.
You are merely a third party contractor and there are no benefit packages.
They don't offer any benefits what so ever so make sure you get your own insurance becasue they don't take care of their employees at all
The only benefit is that an employee has an easier time going into the regionals than at other flight schools. If an ATP flight instructor wants to work for skywest, they have a lot fewer hoops to jump through. We have no health insurance, no retirement, no vacation days. If you want time off, you have to give flight ops plenty of notice, and implement a plan for your students while you're away. You get no assistance from ATP in organizing any requested time off.
No benefits given by company to their instructors. We make less than poverty level and they keep us too scared of retaliation to speak up about our standard of living.
There are no benefits since you are a contractor. So go get obamacare.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
