They want everyone to be on high deductible plan. The insurance deductible is high- $5000 for individual. The premium for the copay plan is crazy expensive. They do contribute to an HSA account to help.
They contribute a large amount of money towards your Health Savings Account for people signed up for the High Deductible Health Plan. Great affordable dental plan, and nice 401K.
