It is a bare bones policy but it's good to have something in place while searching for permanent employment
United Healthcare is the provider -- good coverage
Med, vision, dental, 401k, and PTO. Sick time, transit account, HSA and gym reimbursement.
Would have been nice if they had offered this earlier in my employment.
it is the worst like the staffing agency, the recruiter have no clue on how to recruit employees, they just want to get people in jobs to make them money
United Healthcare is good. Wish they paid for all of it though.
Not a lot to choose from. Plan #2 is the best option.
Better than most, but this is pre-affordable care act. Not sure how it compares now
